Understanding God's purposes for the church is vitally important for God's people. Paul regularly spells out different elements that are expected results of the gospel. Of course, Satan and the kingdom of darkness are at work attempting to thwart the church's mission, but we must not be discouraged because God's sovereign power ensures the success of our mission. The gospel calls and fulfills God's purposes in us. Join us as we begin a short series on the church's mission, satanic opposition, and the sovereign power of God.
